This group is on Tuesday and Wednesday

 

Helping you to improve your flexibility, co-ordination, balance and strength.

 

An excellent way to reduce stress levels and keep fit at the same time.

Exercises that stimulate, relax and revitalise the mind and body. Suitable for all levels.

 

No booking required, please wear suitable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one.

 

£5 per session.

 

12:30pm - 2pm (Tuesday)      7.30pm - 9pm (Wednesday)
